What is a Minute of Agreement and do I need one?

About this video
A Minute of Agreement is a contract with your spouse, or ex, and if you’re divorcing, you need one. Our Head of Family Law, Beverley Johnson, explains that a Minute of Agreement reflects everything you wish to agree with your spouse, to avoid the expense of divorce action, and commit both parties to that agreement.
