Johnson Legal are pleased to announce the addition of a Notary Public as part of our suite of services.

The duty and function of a Notary is to attest, authenticate and certify deeds and other documents intended for use anywhere in the World. These documents can be both for individuals and private companies.

Notary Publics provide Notarisation, Legalisation and Apostille services. In addition, notaries witness documents, notarise Statutory Declarations, Travel Consents, Powers of Attorney etc. and can provide certified copies of ID, birth, marriage certificates and educational qualifications.

What is required?

Please bring your passport or other photo ID with you. This information will confirm your identity and attest that you have appeared before and signed a document in front of a notary public.

Notarial services

Notary Publics provide a full range of notarial services for both individuals and companies and can arrange legalisation and consular verification where appropriate.

The most frequent documents needing to be notarised on behalf of individuals are forms of ID closely followed by making certified copies of various certificates. For example: Powers of Attorney for use abroad, Certified copy passports, Certified copies of academic certificates etc.
